Facebook permissions asked by this Application

This Application may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it.

Basic information

By default, this includes certain User’s Data such as id, name, picture, gender, and their locale. Certain connections of the User, such as the Friends, are also available. If the user has made more of their data public, more information will be available. This permission may be asked in order to search for Facebook Pages in the application or to add an account to the Social CRM. In the first case, this is the only permission requested and none of the information is stored. In the second case, the information is stored and processed.

User likes

Information about what are the interests of the user. This permission is only needed and requested in case of adding an account to the Social CRM.

Read stream

Get access to user’s wall data and news feed. This permission is only needed and requested in case of adding an account to the Social CRM.

Publish stream

Enables the app to post content, comments, and likes to a user's stream and to the streams of the user's friends. This permission is only needed and requested in case of adding an account to the Social CRM.

Manage pages

The user gives permission to the application to have access to the Pages the user manages. This permission is only needed and requested in case of adding an account to the Social CRM.

Publish pages

Enables the app to post content, comments, and likes to a pages that the user manages. This permission is only needed and requested in case of adding an account to the Social CRM.

Read Page Mailboxes

Enables the app to read the mailbox of pages the user manages. This permission is only needed and requested in case of adding an account to the Social CRM.

Gmail permissions asked by this Application

This Application may ask for some Gmail permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User's Gmail account and to retrieve information, including Email data, from it.

Modify

All read/write operations except immediate, permanent deletion of threads and messages, bypassing Trash. This permission is needed to read and classify emails. Also, this applications can add labels to clasified emails.

Access to third party services' accounts

These services allow this Application to access Data from your account on a third party service and perform actions with it.

These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorization by the User.

These services are intended to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Access to the Facebook account (Facebook Application)

This service allows this Application to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

In the case of creating a Fan Page monitoring service, only basic information is required, and the permission is only intended to use the Facebook API in order to search for the desired Page.

In the case of using the Social CRM module of the application, another permissions are required, in order for the application to work. These permissions are needed in order to collect private information (such as Mailbox threads) and to respond to users through our Application. The application will never post anything that is not created and accepted by the user.

Access to the Twitter account (Twitter Application)

This service allows this Application to connect with the User's account on the Twitter social network, provided by Twitter Inc.

In the case of creating a Twitter Account monitoring service, only basic information is required, and the permission is only intended to use the Twitter API in order to search for the desired accounts.

In the case of using the Social CRM module of the application, another permissions are required, in order for the application to work. These permissions are needed in order to collect private information (such as Direct Messages) and to respond to users (As a @reply or Direct Message) through our Application. The application will never post anything that is not created and accepted by the user.

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.

Google Analytics (Google)

Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

These services have the purpose of hosting data and files that enable this Application to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of this Application. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Linode is a hosting service provided by Linode, LLC.
